The First Time It Happened
The first time a client ever told us they couldn’t take any more customers was about 16 years ago.
With that client we came up with a cunning plan to increase his sales anyway in his retail store.
We got 15% bigger shopping trolleys.
Sales went up 15%.
Clever! (Or a bit obvious, but let’s stick wit clever!)
